About Me

I’m a therapeutic and creative writing for wellbeing facilitator and researcher, drawn to the places where voice gets lost — in care roles, through burnout, or within systems that struggle to recognise the full story.

I create spaces that support wellbeing, self-expression, and personal growth, offering people a safe, creative way to reflect, reconnect, and reimagine. This work helps people reconnect with what matters: creative energy, authentic reflection, and meaningful change.

Blending writing, insight, and values-led structure, my approach is reflective and collaborative, rooted in relationship, not just with others, but with the parts of ourselves we’ve learnt to ignore. I design spaces that are inclusive, purposeful, and quietly transformative, with just enough play to keep them human.

My practice is shaped by ongoing, relational learning alongside those I work with, and grounded in neuroaffirming, trauma-aware values. I draw on lived experience and creative facilitation, using tools that invite reflection and emotional safety, adapting to each person’s needs. This is inspired by therapeutic frameworks, without being clinical or prescriptive.

These values are shaped by experiences of neurodiversity, care relationships, and missed or delayed diagnosis. I’m especially interested in how internalised narratives of dysfunction can be re-storyed through creative, reflective practice, with a focus on voice, agency, and belonging.

I also support organisations and teams in building a relational culture, sustainable energy, and values-led ways of working. I believe how we relate to ourselves shapes how we relate to others — in families, communities, and the wider world.

Writing is my primary tool, alongside other creative practices — like drawing, sensory reflection, and mindfulness — to support emotional insight and body-based understanding. My role isn’t to define anyone’s path, but to support self-led restorying with care, clarity, and creativity.
